These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services, consulting, installations, equipment sales, and related work provided by Get it Social LLC d/b/a One Vision (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Delaware limited liability company, to you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”). By signing a proposal, quote, work order, or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
We provide business technology consulting, security camera systems, networking equipment and installation, Content Management System (CMS) setup and support, and related technology services (“Services”).
All Services are described in the specific quote, proposal, or work order (“Job Agreement”) for each project. Services are provided on a per-job basis only. We do not offer managed services, retainers, or ongoing monitoring unless explicitly stated in a Job Agreement.
Any hardware, cameras, networking equipment, or other products we sell (“Products”) come with the manufacturer/vendor’s warranty only. We do not provide any additional product warranties.
Labor warranties (if any) are limited to the specific job and stated clearly in the Job Agreement.
You agree to:
All pricing excludes taxes, travel, or out-of-scope work (which will be quoted separately).
Either party may terminate any Job Agreement immediately, for any reason or no reason, upon written notice.
Upon termination, you must pay for all work performed and expenses incurred up to the termination date.
We warrant that we will perform Services in a commercially reasonable manner consistent with industry standards for similar projects.
This is our only warranty. All other warranties — express or implied — are disclaimed, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Important Security Disclaimer: No technology solution can guarantee complete security. Even multi-billion-dollar corporations experience hacks, breaches, and system failures. We cannot and do not guarantee that our consulting, cameras, networking, or CMS work will prevent all unauthorized access, data loss, downtime, or cyberattacks. You assume all risks related to security beyond our direct control.
We provide no uptime guarantees, service level agreements (SLAs), or assurances of continuous operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
You acknowledge that technology projects involve inherent risks and that we cannot control most external factors.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the installed systems, or any third-party claims related to your business operations.
You retain ownership of your pre-existing data and content. We retain ownership of our methodologies, templates, and any custom tools developed during the project (unless otherwise agreed in writing and fully paid). We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for your internal business purposes.
Both parties agree to keep the other’s confidential information (such as business strategies, pricing, or technical details) confidential and use it only for performing or receiving the Services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
By engaging our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
